Ashley Rea (Lockport, Ill.) reached base safely nine out of ten times in the Stars' doubleheader split with Lakeland College on Sunday. The freshman went 8-for-10 at the plate, reaching once on an error, and collected a walkoff single in the bottom of the eighth of game two with the bases loaded.

Her performance helped raise her batting average 85 points all the way to .460 on the year.
