Dominican University Athletics

In a week in which the Stars averaged 10.8 runs and 11.2 hits per game, sophomore Ryan Simak was the catalyst at the top of the Dominican lineup.  Simak went 11-for-23 in five games last week, driving in four runs and scoring eight.  The sophomore shortstop collected four walks and was hit-by-pitch once for a .571 on-base percentage.  Simak had four multi-hit efforts last week, including a pair of three-hit performances.
