The Dominican University all-time leader in complete games, Mitch McCaffery tossed his sixth complete game of the season and 15th of his career in the Stars' 5-4 game one win over Marian University on Sunday.  Over nine innings, McCaffery was charged with four runs, three earned, on 11 hits and one walk while striking out nine.

McCaffery ranks among the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) leaders in complete games (1st), innings pitched (63, 1st), strikeouts (46, 2nd) and wins (4, 6th).
