Gabriel Gongora made two saves in the Stars' 2-1 win over MSOE last Tuesday helping the Stars claim a share of the 2013 regular season conference championship.  In the 67th minute, Gongora stopped a penalty kick by the NACC's leading scorer, keeping the game tied at 1-1 and giving his teammates the opportunity to net the game-winning goal just eight minutes later.

A true freshman, Gongora has appeared in all 16 matches for the Stars, posting a 0.83 goals against average with seven shutouts.
