Lisle, IL - The Dominican University Stars lost at Benedictine 1 set to 3 to go 6-5 in the NAC and 15-14 overall. Though the Stars scored 84 digs and 10 blocks, they couldn't muster enough offense to defeat conference rival BU. Along with a lack of offensive output the Stars made 14 service errors. For Benedictine, sophomore Kayla Leyden scored a match high 20 kills.

The Stars host Rockford on Wednesday. A win would clinch their place in the conference tournament to begin Monday, November 3rd.
