River Forest, IL - The Dominican University Stars, behind a game-high 22 points from Lisa Julkowski (Chicago, IL), upended the Marian College Sabres on Saturday afternoon in Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) women's basketball action.

Julkowski led four Stars in double figures in the game. The 5'7" sophomore guard connected on 6-of-10 three pointers in the game, shooting 7-for-12 from the field and connecting on a pair of free throws. Julkowski also added four defensive rebounds in 35 minutes of work.

Julkowski's running mate in the backcourt, junior Lindsey Trent (Frankfort, IN) added 19 points, going 9-for-10 from the foul line and 5-for-9 from the field. The Stars starting front court combined to score 26 points with Jessica Salinas (Bolingbrook, IL) scoring 15 points and freshman Megan Molloy (Chicago, IL) adding 11 points. The pair also grabbed a total of 17 rebounds with Salinas pulling down a game-high nine boards.

The win pushed the Stars overall record to 8-16 and 6-11 in the NAC. The Stars have just one game remaining in the regular season as they host MSOE on Saturday, February 23 for a 2:00 p.m. game in Dominican's Igini Sports Forum.
