The win was Davey's fourth of the season, improving his record to 4-2 on the season.

Game two went down to the bottom of the ninth with the Stars trailing 3-2. Keith Halverson (Brookfield, IL) reached on an error by the Falcons' shortstop and then scored on a double by Dominic Tardi (Downers Grove, IL).
