Addison, IL - The Dominican University women's bowling team competed in a virtual matchup against Lewis University today.

The Stars went head-to-head against the 18th ranked Lewis University Flyers competing in five Baker games and a traditional game. The matchup, although well fought, saw the Stars fall to the flyers in Baker format 831-948.

After completing five matches in the Baker format, the Stars hoped to make up the difference in a traditional game format. The Flyers would prove to be too much, however, defeating the Stars 864-797 for an 1812-1628 defeat.

Candace Kipp paced the Stars, posting a 213 in the her traditional game.

The Stars will hit the lanes again on Thursday, February 25th in a virtual scrimmage against #23 Kentucky Wesleyan College.
