River Forest, Ill.- The Dominican University Department of Athletics will host the 2026 Student-Athlete Awards Ceremony in conjunction with the 2026 Dominican University Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Monday night.

The Student-Athlete Awards Ceremony is slated to begin at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, April 27th, with the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony to begin shortly after.
 
The 10 Student-Athlete awards being presented are:

Female Freshman of the Year
Male Freshman of the Year
Individual Performance of the Year
Team Performance of the Year
Play of the Year
Female Athlete of the Year
Male Athlete of the Year
Stars Align Community Award
Male Senior Scholar Athlete
Female Senior Scholar Athlete

The 3 members of the Hall of Fame Class of 2026 are:

Jessica Hughes '09 (Women's Basketball)
Colin Janison '18 (Baseball)
2017 Women's Soccer Team
