Dominican University Athletics

In abiding by the NCAA policy and Illinois State Law, Dominican University Athletics supports student-athletes receiving compensation for the use of their name, image and likeness (NIL) from sources outside the University in accordance with the guidelines outlined below. Failure to comply with the policies below can result in penalties from the NCAA or Dominican that can potentially impact your ability to continue competing in athletics at the collegiate level.

Dominican University has partnered with NOCAP Sports to provide a opportunities for Name, Image, and Likeness. NOCAP Sports provides resources and networks to student-athletes to provide a marketplace for student-athletes to join free of charge and become eligible to build their brand in the world of NIL.

Every student-athlete at Dominican will be able create a profile on the marketplace, which they can customize and promote to fans on their personal social media channels. Student-athletes will have the ability to review opportunities and agree to deals that will allow them to capitalize on their name, image and likeness.
