Quintin Eisner, a product of Sheboygan North High School in Wisconsin, joined coach Baumann’s coaching staff in July 2021 and enters his sixth season with the program in 2026.
As a player, Eisner transferred to Dominican University for his final two seasons of eligibility. During that time, he helped the Stars compile a 31-9-4 record (.750 winning percentage), capture one NACC Regular Season Championship and two NACC Tournament Championships, and earn two NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances.
Since joining the coaching staff, Eisner has helped the Stars compile a 56-25-15 record (.661 winning percentage). In addition to his on-field coaching responsibilities, he coordinates the program’s advanced scouting and video analysis, preparing opponent reports and tactical breakdowns that support the team’s match preparation.
