The Dominican University women’s soccer team finished a three-game road trip to open the 2010 season with a 3-0 loss to the Illinois Wesleyan University Titans, ranked 24^th in the NSCAA Preseason Poll.

Megan Schulz (Redford, Mich.) logged five saves in the losing effort while Michelle Reynoso (Burbank, Ill.) managed the only shot of the night for the Stars, as Dominican was outshot 10-1 on the contest.

Dominican will host North Park University on Thursday for the Stars’ home opener before opening play in the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) on Saturday as the Maranatha Baptist Bible College Crusaders come to River Forest. Follow live coverage both games at www.dustars.com.
