Box Score RIVER FOREST, Ill. - Valerie Wesley’s goal in the tenth minute of play was the only score as the Dominican University Stars were upended by the Elmhurst College Bluejays in the 2011 season opener for the Stars on Thursday evening.

Dominican’s Megan Schulz (Redford, Mich.) made three saves in the losing effort as the Bluejays outshot the Stars 6-5.
Kelly Gerwitz (Florissant, Mo.) and Nathalie Mathis (Mundelein, Ill.) tallied two shots apiece for the Stars.

Dominican returns to the field on Sunday afternoon, traveling to University of Chicago to take on the 20^th ranked Maroons.  Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
