Box Score The Dominican University women’s soccer team dropped their fourth straight contest, falling to the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons 6-1 on Saturday afternoon.
 
Jen Russ (Downers Grove, Ill.) scored the lone goal of the game for the Stars, her third of the season, but it was too little too late as the Falcons had scored the first six goals of the game, including five in the first half.  Russ’s tally came in the 87^th minute and was one of the Stars’ four shots on goal.
 
The loss drops the Stars to 7-10-0 on the season, 6-5-0 in the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC).  With a win on Tuesday when the Stars host the Rockford College Regents, Dominican can claim the sixth and final spot in the NAC Women’s Soccer Tournament.  Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on the Stars’ West Campus Field.
