Box Score Playing a girl down after Gina Mazzetta (Wheeling, Ill.) was issued a red card in the 38^th minute, the Dominican University Stars dropped their Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) opener, 3-0 to the visiting Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons.

The teams traded chances in the early going but it was the Falcons that were able to find the back of the net as Anna Hirssig was taken down in the Stars' penalty box just a minute after Mazzetta's red card. Hirssig found the back of the net on the ensuing penalty kick to put the Falcons on top 1-0 at the half.

Hirssig added a pair of second half goals to drop the Stars to 0-5-0 on the season.

The Stars will return to action on Tuesday, hosting the Benedictine University Eagles for a 4:00 p.m. kickoff on Dominican's West Campus Field.
