The Dominican University women's volleyball team remained perfect in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) action, sweeping through the Concordia University Chicago Cougars in three sets (25-11, 25-12, 25-7) in the Igini Sports Forum on Tuesday night.

Christina Wilson (Homer Glen, Ill.) ran a high-powered, balanced offensive attack for the Stars, dishing out 33 assists to nine different hitters. Wilson rounded out the effort with five kills of her own and five digs as Dominican moves to 17-8 overall and 7-0 in conference play.

Tessa Griparis (Belleair, Fla.) led all hitters with a match-high nine kills for Dominican while
Carri Chambers (Winnebago, Ill.) collected a match-high 11.5 total points with six kills, five serving aces and one block assist.Â
Caitlen Foote (Dexter, Mich.) and
Kendyl Todd (Crete, Ill.) knocked down eight kills apiece as the Stars' offense posted a .463 attack percentage with 45 kills to just seven errors on 82 attacks.

Defensively, Dominican posted three total blocks and collected 30 digs, led by
Olivia Szuskiewicz's (Barrington, Ill.) nine digs, holding the Cougars to a .048 hitting percentage.

The Stars, in first place in the NACC standings, return to action on Friday, traveling to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to take on the Wisconsin Lutheran College Warriors. Dominican then returns home on Saturday, hosting the MSOE Raiders as Dominican looks to pick up another two conference victories.
