The Dominican University men's basketball team fell to the Benedictine University Eagles on Saturday evening at the Dan and Ada Rice Center, 87-60, in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play.

Isaac Moore scored a game-high 19 points for the Stars in the losing effort. Moore shot 7-for-12 from the field, including 3-for-6 from three. The senior has scored in double-figures in ten of the 14 games he has played this season, averaging 12.6 points per game while shooting better than 51-percent from the field. Moore's 47.1 percent shooting from beyond the three-point stripe puts him in the top five in the NACC.

For the Eagles, four players reached double-figures scoring with Bryan Jakobsze, Eric Grygo and Carl Singletary, Jr., all dropping in 14 points. Kenny Bogus added 11 points in the winning effort.

Dominican, now 2-16 on the season and 2-11 in league play, travels up to Madison, Wisconsin, to take on the Edgewood College Eagles on Tuesday. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Eagles' Edgedome.
