Box Score RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's women's soccer program won its third-straight match on Sunday, defeating North Park University 3-0 in non-conference play. 
 
The contest started slow for both sides as there was no scoring in the opening 18 minutes. In the 18th minute, Regan Coxon pounced on a loose ball after a DU free kick and slotted it into the net to put the Stars up 1-0. Less than 10 minutes later, Hannah Anderson headed into a perfectly-served ball by Lexie Canarelli on a free kick to put Dominican up 2-0. 
 
Canarelli found the score sheet herself in the second half, converting a penalty after an NPU handball inside the 18. Dominican rode that 3-0 score line to the finish as Ashley Ishman finished off her second shutout of the weekend. 
 
DU hits the road for its next competition, taking on Benedictine in NACC play on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. Links to live coverage will be available via dustars.com.
