Madison, Wis. - The Dominican University women's volleyball team lost to Edgewood College 3-0 on Friday.
The Stars struggled in the first set losing 25-15. They were able to bounce back with a more competitive second set, losing 25-23. The third set was forced to go an extra two points, but Dominican fell 27-25. The Stars held their own at the net with 6 blocks, but it was the serving discrepancy that was too much to overcome. Edgewood had 10 service aces to just 2 for Dominican.

Maya Green combined for 6 blocks. Junior
Cassidy Spies was the team leader in digs with 10.
Dominican is back in action tomorrow against the Milwaukee School of Engineering on the road at 1:00 p.m.
