Geneva, Ill - The Dominican University cross country teams competed in the NACC Conference Championship on Saturday.

The women's team finished in 7th place out of 11 teams. Fifth-year Ashley Maclean led the way with a 5th place finish and a time of 24:26.5. Junior Nyariak Alier finished in 35th with a 26:18.8 and senior Abby Hosek placed in the top 50 as well with a 47th place finish and a time of 27:47.8.

The men's team finished in 10th place out of 10 teams. Sophomore Cooper Cawley was the top finisher for the Stars with a 59th place finish and a 30:52.7 time.

The Stars will conclude their season on November 12th at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional Championship.
