RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's men's basketball team was defeated by the Milwaukee School of Engineering at home on Saturday in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play.
Both sides battled back-and-forth with the Stars holding a 34-33 advantage at the halftime break. The second half was just as hotly contested, but a late push from MSOE secured the Raiders a 74-67 victory.
Jackson Smith led DU with 18 points, adding seven rebounds and two assists.
Chris Daniels II posted a well-rounded stat line with 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists in a team-high 37 minutes.
Jacob Riedl rounded out the Stars trio in double-figures with 11 points, making three triples.

Christopher Burel each chipped in six points.
