-Dominican came out the gates ready to play, having 9 kills and 3 service aces in the first set.
-The Stars won the first set 25-21.
-DU kept rolling winning the second set 27-25. They put up 12 kills on 43 attacks, with 3 service aces.
-Dominican dropped the third set in a nail biter 27-25. 12 kills for the Stars in this set.
-DU fell in the fourth set 25-18, but scored 6 of the last 7 points in this set, regaining the momentum.
-Dominican won the fifth and final set with a score of 15-11.
-The Stars had 11 kills in the fifth set on 34 attacks.

Cassidy Spies was the anchor for the offense having 24 kills and 4 services aces.
