Milwaukee, Wis. - The Dominican University men's basketball team hit the road and took on MSOE on Saturday.
Results:
Dominican: 73
MSOE: 75
How it Happened:
-The Stars shot 30% in the first half and 40% from the free throw line.Â
-DU fell behind 25-24 at halftime.Â
-Dominican improved their scoring in the second half, making 43% from the field and 43% from three.
-The Stars won the fast-break points comparison 7-4.
-DUÂ scored 12 points in overtime, but MSOEÂ made 5 of their 7 shots and scored 14 points.
Shining Stars:
-Junior
Jacob Riedl dominated with another double-double. He has had 6 games with a double-double.
-JuniorÂ
Camron Scott, who was the NACC leader in blocked shots entering the game, added 3 more blocks to his total.
-Freshman
Joshua West did a nice job in the passing lanes and ended up with 2 steals to lead the team.
