Milwaukee, Wis. - The Dominican University women's basketball team went on the road to play the Raiders of MSOE. 

Results:
MSOE: 56
Dominican:42

How it Happened:
-Dominican came out of the gates shooting 16% from the floor, but making 6 first quarter free throws.DU scored 11 points in the first quarter. 
-The second quarter saw a more of defensive battler between both schools with a combined 21 total points. 9 of them from Dominican. 
-DU found themselves down 26-20 at halftime. 
-The Stars made some good halftime adjustments winning the quarter 16-9 and shooting 38.89% from the floor, and shooting 40% from behind the arc. 
-The fourth quarter is where the wheels came off for DU, they only scored 6 points and gave up 21. 
-The game was decided by the points off turnovers margin, which was 20-8 in favor of the Raiders. 

Shining Stars:
-Freshman Mariangely Velez fell just short of a double-double leading the team with 9 points and 14 rebounds. 
-Junior Kamryn Woods stepped up on the defensive end collecting 4 steals.  
-Freshman Toni Hayes had 8 points and collected 6 rebounds.

What's Next:
Dominican University women's basketball team will be back in action Wednesday night for their final road game at IIT. The tip-off will be at 7:00 p.m.
