River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University men's volleyball team hosted Loras College on Saturday.

How it Happened:
-Dominican started off slowly and lost the first set 25-22 with 11 kills.
-The Stars continued to struggle in the second set and lost 25-19 with 8 kills.
-In the third set, Dominican flipped a switch and won 25-17 with 12 kills.
-The Stars continued to set the pace in the fourth set and won 25-22 with 12 kills again.
-DU's comeback fell just short in the fifth set as they lost 15-10.
Shining Stars:
-Junior
Tanner Dahman had a season-high 18 kills, 22 points, and 2 blocks.
-SophomoreÂ
Owen Morrow once again led the team in assists with 40, which was a season-high.
-Sophomore
Ryan Barnett, Morrow, and Dahman each had 3 aces.
-SeniorÂ
Jacob Bush and sophomore
Aaron Marrs were the anchors defensively with 8 combined blocks.Â
