River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University men's volleyball team hosted the Gulls of Endicott College Thursday night.

Endicott: 3
Dominican: 1
How it Happened:
-Dominican started off slowly and only had 8 kills on 23 attempts in the first set.
-The Stars had a better second set 13 kills, but lost the set 25-23
-DU won the third must win set 25-22 recording team high 15 kills.
-Dominican continued to battle in the fourth set, but fell just short 25-23. DU put up 12 kills in the final set.
Shining Stars:
-Freshman
Ammar Brzovic led the team with 12 kills.
-Sophomore
Owen Morrow had 38 assists.
-Sophomore
Aaron Marrs had 2 aces on the night leading the team.
-Senior
Jarod Hesse had a nice night defensively leading the team in digs.
-Dominican had a present at the net all night led by Freshman
Casey Goss with 6 blocks.

What's Next:
The Dominican University men's volleyball team will be back in action on March 18th on the road at Benedictine with a start time of 3:00 p.m.
