Plymouth, Wis. - The Dominican University women's volleyball team went on the road to Lakeland to get back in NACC action.

How it Happened:
-Dominican was in every set in this match, just could not get over the hump.
-In the first set DU fell 25-19. Had 11 kills but also had 11 errors.
-DU fell 25-19 the second set as well. This time with 8 kills on 32 attacking attempts.
-In the third and final set Dominican fell 25-20. With once again 11 kills in the set.
Shining Stars:
-Senior
Cassidy Spies led the Stars in kills and blocks with 9 and 2 respectfully.
-Junior
Olivia Mendell contributed offensively by leading the team in assists and aces.
-Junior
Miriam Guler led the Stars on the defensive end with 16 digs.

What's Next:
The Dominican University women's volleyball team will travel to MSOE Saturday September 30th to continue the NACC schedule. Start time is 12:00 p.m.
