Naperville, Ill. – Dominican University Men's Volleyball was back on the road in Naperville to take on #19 North Central College.

Dominican: 0

How it Happened:
-The Stars would fall behind 1-5 in the Set 1.
-DU would fight back but drop the opening set 16-25. Sophomore
Ty Geschke registered 5 kills in the frame. Junior
Michael Greco added a kill and a solo block.
-NCC would take a 8-13 lead to begin the second set after a 1-4 run.
-The Stars could not come back in Set 2 and faced a two sets to none deficit, as the Cardinals captured the second, 15-25. Senior
Tanner Dahman collected a kill and an ace in the 2
nd.
-Dominican came out stronger in the 3
rd set, holding a 6-5 early advantage; however, North Central would complete the sweep on the Stars by taking the 3
rd set, 23-25.

Casey Goss tallied 3 kills and an ace in the final frame.
-Dominican hit .141 as a team in the match.
Shining Stars:
-Sophomore
Ty Geschke posted a team high 9 kills and added a solo block.

Tanner Dahman collected 7 kills and 6 digs.

Casey Goss potted 6 kills and 6 digs.

Owen Morrow tallied 14 assists with Freshman
Landon Kassulke notching 10 of his own.
-Sophomore
Grant Henderson posted 7 digs to lead DU's defense.

What's Next:
Dominican University Men's Volleyball falls to 3-6 on the season and is 1-0 in NACC play. The Stars will close out their three-game road stint at Augustana College on Thursday, February 20
th. The match will begin at 7:00 p.m.
