Milwaukee, Wis. – Dominican University Women's Basketball faced Wisconsin Lutheran in Milwaukee for its 2024-25 regular-season finale.

   Results:
   Dominican: 36
   Wisconsin Lutheran: 72

   How it Happened:
   -The Stars would jump out to a 3-2 lead after a lay-up from Freshman Chenoa Moss and a free throw from Junior Kamila Gajkowska.
   -Freshman Maya Kasuboski would knock down DU's first three with the Stars behind 13-22. 
   -Freshman Danielle Washington would start the scoring for Dominican in the 2^nd quarter, followed by a jumper from Graduate Student Melissa Gomez.
   -Sophomore Kaitlyn Milison and Junior Niah Williams would each collect a bucket to have the Stars trailing at half-time, 21-38.
   -To start the 3^rd, Gomez would draw an and-one and complete the three-point play.
   -Dominican would head into the 4^th quarter down 27-57.
   -DU would play hard in the third, including a jumper made by Senior Sisi Gomez, but Dominican would fall by a final of 36-72.
   -The Stars finished with 16 points from the bench and 20 points in the paint.

   Shining Stars:
   -Graduate Student Melissa Gomez led the Stars with 10 points.
   -Sophomore Kaitlyn Milison tallied 7 points, 3 steals, and a block.
   -Freshman Danielle Washington collected 5 points and 2 assists.

   What's Next:
   Dominican University Women's Basketball finishes the 2024-25 season with a 5-20 record and a 1-15 record in the conference. DUWBB had a 2-10 record at home on the year.
