Galesburg, Ill. The Dominican University Men's Soccer team is in the midst of a three-game road trip, as the Stars played the Prairie Fire of Knox College Saturday afternoon.

  How it Happened:
-Dominican got their first shot of the game in the 21st minute with Junior Tristen Banquil taking a shot that missed the net right.
-Junior Ethan Pfeifer took the second shot for the Stars that went over the crossbar.
-DU and Knox went into the break tied at 0, with the Stars having 2 shots, while the Prairie Fire had 3.
-The first shot in the second half and the first shot on goal for Dominican came off the foot of Freshman Enzo Cinque and was saved by the Knox keeper.
- The match remained tied until the 64th minute when the Prairie Fire got on the board, making the score 1-0.
-DU got one more shot in the match in the 81st minute off the foot of Freshman Johnny Roach, but it was saved by the Knox keeper. Â
-The match would end 1-0 with Dominican being outshot 9-6.

  Shining Stars:
-Junior Tristen Banquil led the way for the Stars collecting 2 shots, but neither of them hit the net.
-Freshman Enzo Cinque played in 30 minutes and was able to get a shot on goal.
-Freshman Johnny Roacha got his first minutes of his collegiate career and earned a shot on goal.
-Freshman Cody Leyba played in all 90 minutes and made 4 saves in the match.

  What's Next:
Dominican University Men's Soccer moves to 0-3-2 on the season. The Stars will begin conference play Wednesday night in Milwaukee, Wis., as DUMSOC will play MSOE on the road. Kick-off between the Stars and the Raiders is set for 7:00p.m.
