Women's Soccer Take Their 3 Game Win Streak to De Pere, WIs. on Saturday Afternoon

De Pere, Ill. – The Dominican University Women's Soccer team travels to St. Norbert College to wrap up their three-game road trip while holding a three-game win streak.

Series History vs. St. Norbert:
All-Time Record / Streak: 7-1-1/ W1
-Dominican and St. Norbert first played at West Campus Field on September 13, 2015, The Stars won 4-1.
-Dominican won the first 6 matchups between these two schools; during this stretch DU scored 14 goals while SNC only scored 1.
-In the last three matchups both schools are 1-1-1.
-The Stars are 3-0-1 on the road at St. Norbert College.
-DU and SNC played at West Campus Field last season on 9/28/24, and the Stars won 5-2.
-Dominican has scored 21 goals and averages 2.33 goals against the Green Knights.

-The Stars hold a 4-3-1 record in 2025 and a 2-1 conference record. The Stars are also holding a 3 game win streak.
-Dominican went 11-6-3 overall in their 2024 season, while going 9-1-2 inside the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC).
-DU was the third seed in the conference tournament last season, where they won their first matchup against Marian University 2-0.

-Head Coach Carlos Carrillo enters his 12th season at the helm of DU Women's Soccer. Carrillo has amassed a record of 151-49-16 in that time.

Last Time Out:
-DUWSOC is rolling and rolled right by Rockford University, winning 7-0 on September 24th.
 -Senior Sierra Rioux was a force for Dominican, scoring a brace while adding 5 shots in 33 minutes.
-Junior Meghan Wilhite scored her first two goals of the season off the bench for the Stars.
-Senior Kamryn Klinger fired home her first collegiate goal while posting 3 shots.
-Freshman Liliana Arechiga recorded her first collegiate goal from a penalty.
-Freshman Logan Shanks slotted her 3rd of the season.

Familiar Faces:
-Dominican returns senior Kamryn Klinger, who has been the heart and soul for the Stars as a defensive midfielder. In 2024, Klinger was honored with second team all-conference in the NACC by having 18 appearances and 15 starts for Dominican, while playing 1292 minutes. Klinger was one of the three players from Dominican that represented Team USA in the DIII Soccer Tour.
-Senior Natalia Lopez returns for her senior campaign as a midfielder for the Stars. Last season Lopez had 6 goals, 4 assists, and 25 shots on goal in her 20 appearances through the 2024 season. Lopez was honored with a first-team all-conference in the NACC. In Lopez's three-year career at Dominican, she has scored 18 goals, collected 10 assists, with 4 game-winning goals in her 59 appearances in a Stars uniform.
-Senior Sarah Matuszek will be back in a Stars uniform this upcoming season, where she has been a huge part of the Dominican style of play on the outside. Matuszek is coming off a season where she scored 3 goals, and added 6 assists while appearing in all 20 matches in the 2024 season. Matuszek earned first-team all-conference in the NACC last season.
-Senior Mia Taullahu is back for Dominican this upcoming year and is looking to continue creating havoc on the outside as a forward. Taullahu collected a goal and 6 assists in her 17 appearances in the 2024 season.
-Senior Mia Dosen will be back for the Stars in her second season at Dominican. She will be wearing a new number this season, changing from #34 to #10. Last season, Dosen collected 7 goals and 2 assists with 17 shots on goal in her 20 appearances.
-Sophomore Ariana Barney is looking to take another big step in her second season at Dominican. Barney finished her freshman campaign by having 6 goals and 4 assists in 20 appearances. With this, Barney is tied for the most goal contributions from the 2024 season with 10.

Shining Stars:
-Freshman Logan Shanks has been a huge success for Dominican early in the season, scoring 3 goals while having 8 shots, 7 of them being on target.
-Senior Sierra Rioux has been on fire for this Stars offense, scoring 3 goals in two matches. Rioux has also collected 17 shots, 7 of those on target, and 3 assists this season.
-Senior Natalia Lopez has started all 5 games for the Stars and has scored 1 goal on 16 total shots. Lopez has 5 shots on goal. Lopez has also tallied 2 assists on the season.
-Senior Sarah Matuszek has continued to bring a burst of speed like she always has in a Stars uniform, and she has collected 8 shots, while 5 of those being on target. The senior leads the team in minutes with 664 minutes played.
-Senior Kamryn Klinger collected her first collegiate goal against Rockford University. Klinger has tallied 7 total shots this season, with 2 of them on frame.
-Sophomore Gianna Stanek has played in 4 games this season while making 24 saves.
