Lake Forest, Ill. – Dominican University Men's Soccer closed out their non-conference schedule at Lake Forest on Saturday.

How it Happened:
-In the 7th minute, the Foresters got on the board with a goal.
-Junior Isaac Raygoza recorded Dominican's first shot in the 27th minute.
-In the 42nd minute, Junior Roberto Navarro Mercado stretched out to save a Forester goal. Dominican got the ball right back, which allowed Junior Jonathan Almaguer to fire a shot that was saved by Lake Forest.
-The Stars would head into halftime trailing 1-0.
-The Stars got the second half going with a shot by Senior Tristan Banquil, which missed out the top.
-The Foresters added insurance with a goal from the penalty spot in the 57th minute.
-Dominican and Lake Forest each got a yellow card at the end of the second half, but DU wasn't able to shorten the lead off the penalty.

-Junior Jonathan Almaguer led his team with 2 shots and 1 shot on goal.
-Junior Isaac Raygoza and Senior Tristan Banquil both had a shot in the loss.
