Milwaukee, WI. – The Dominican University Women's Soccer team hit the road for the first road conference game of the season. The Stars traveled to Milwaukee School of Engineering to play the Raiders Wednesday night.

How it Happened:
- Dominican had the first shot of the game from Graduate Student
Sierra Rioux in the 17
th minute but was saved by the Raiders goalkeeper.
-Junior
Gianna Stanek had a save in the first half, keeping the score 0-0 going into the second half.
-Dominican was held to 2 shots in the first half, while MSOE had 5 shots.
-Freshman
Sarah Appleby started the second half with 2 saves and gave the ball back to DU, giving Rioux another chance, where she got a shot on target but was saved by the MSOE goalkeeper.
-After Appleby had her 3
rd save, the ball got back to Rioux, where she fired her 3
rd shot on target; the shot was saved by the Raiders goalkeeper.
-The Raiders got on the board in the 88
th minute, converting on a corner kick.
-DU was unable to get the ball back, leading to the game to finish 1-0. Dominican had 4 shots in the second half while MSOE had 8. The Stars were outshot 13-6 on the day.
