Nicholas Worcester joined the Stars' baseball coaching staff prior to the 2023 season.
Before joining the Stars, Worcester was a graduate assistant coach at Hiram College where he served as the first base coach, organized hitting and outfield drills for daily practices, and assisted in recruiting.
Worcester also served as a hitting instructor for D'Bat in Solon, Ohio where he lead individual hitting lessons and coached with Fore Elite baseball In West Chicago, Illinois where he coached a summer collegiate team travel baseball team.
Worcester graduated from William Penn University in 2019 with a Sports Management degree where he was a four year varsity player and two time Metro collegiate summer league all star.
