Brandon Marinkovich joins the Dominican University men's soccer coaching staff for the 2026 season as the program's first ever graduate assistant coach. Marinkovich, a Michigan native, played three years of varsity soccer at South Lyon High School receiving All-Conference and All-District Honors. After his high school playing career, he attended and played at Spring Arbor University before transferring and then graduating from Michigan State University in the spring of 2026. At MSU, he served as a student manager for the Michigan State men's soccer program, assisting with daily training operations, team travel, and equipment management.
Brandon comes to the DU men's soccer program with experience in club soccer coaching where he spent three years at Cap City Athletic 1847 working with all age groups. While there, he was an assistant coach for the the 07/08 Boys State Cup championship team in 2026. Marinkovich's coaching experience also includes being the lead assistant coach for Legends FC in the Midwest Premier League (MWPL).
Brandon comes to the program passionate about player development, recruiting, and helping to create and support a strong team culture as the program continues to grow.
