Craft joined the Dominican staff as Head Coach in June of 2022. He brings with him a wealth of playing and coaching experience at the NCAA Division III and professional levels. A 2016 graduate of Carthage College, Craft was named an AVCA All-American in 2016 following an outstanding career for the Firebirds.
Following his collegiate career, Craft took his talents overseas, playing and coaching for four years in Germany and Denmark for various professional clubs. He was a part of two bronze-medal finishes, one in the German Bundesliga and one in the Danish Cup, along with being named the Danish league's Top Outside Hitter following the 2018 season.
Craft returned to Kenosha, Wis. following his professional career and was on staff for Carthage's second-consecutive NCAA National Championship this past season. He still competes professionally, in the USA's Volleyball League of America (VLA) for the Chicago Icemen, one of the top teams in the VLA's first division.
