A former NCAA Division I All-Conference softball player at Fairfield University, Riannon Thomas joins the Dominican University softball staff as an assistant coach on Cristina Lukas’s staff for the 2015 season.Â
Â
Thomas lettered four seasons with the Fairfield Stags, garnering second team all-conference honors in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) as a senior in 2008. That season, Thomas batted .276 with six doubles and a pair of home runs while driving in 17 runs. In the field, Thomas posted a .955 fielding percentage with just six errors in over 125 chances.
