Kyle Birch, an assistant coach under Gabby Johnson, comes to Dominican University after a successful stint as the head girls’ basketball coach at Sarah Goode STEM Academy. In four seasons, Birch guided his program to a record of 53-21 with back-to-back-to-back conference championships in the Chicago Public School Blue South league.

In addition to his high school success, Birch has served as a U-16 head coach and U-17 assistant coach at Lady Reign basketball in Chicago.

Away from the courts, Birch is a math teacher at Sarah Goode and has been employed in the Chicago Public Schools system since 2010.
