Dominican University Athletics

Aleman comes to DU with a variety of volleyball coaching experience at the NCAA and club levels. After an outstanding playing career as a Division III men's volleyball student-athlete at Adrian College, he went on to his first coaching gig, serving as Graduate Assistant at William Penn University. 
 
While with the WPU men's program, Aleman was instrumental in practice planning, fundraising, recruiting and scouting. He then went on to Indiana Tech, where he was brought on as the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach for the Warriors. At Indiana Tech, he acted as the first line of recruitment communicating and coordinating campus visits with prospective student-athletes. Along with his role as Head Women's Volleyball Coach, he will serve as a contest manager for Athletic events. 
 
He graduated from Adrian in May 2019 with a Bachelor's in International Business, Minor in Leadership and Ethics. Aleman went on to earn a Master's Degree in Sport Management from William Penn in May 2021.
