Box Score Although they had already been eliminated from Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) Men's Basketball Tournament contention, the Dominican University men's basketball team helped shape the 2012 Tournament on the final day of conference regular season play, effectively eliminating the MSOE Raiders with a 62-60 win over the Raiders in Milwaukee on Tuesday evening.

Logan Harris (Pleasant Plains, Ill.) led four players in double-figures for the Stars with 14 points.  Brandon Barkley (Detroit, Mich.) and Taylor DeRoo (Holland, Mich.) added 13 points apiece while Darrius Nelson (Michigan City, Ind.) chipped in 11 points, including what proved to be the game-winning basket as he got a layup in transition with 2:09 remaining to give the Stars a 62-58 advantage they 'd cling to the rest of the way.

The win was the fifth of the season for the Stars, improving to 5-19 overall and 3-13 in NAC play.  Dominican will close out the 2011-2012 campaign as they host the Maranatha Baptist Bible College Crusaders in the NAC Challenge Game.  Tipoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. in the Igini Sports Forum.
