Box Score The Dominican University men's soccer team picked up their third straight victory and have won four out of their last five after topping the Lakeland College Muskies, 2-0, in a match that was called in the 70^th minute due to inclement weather.

"It was nice to get the shutout victory," said Erick Baumann, the Stars' head coach.

The Stars, now 4-1-0 in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play, have surrendered just three goals over the last 430 minutes of play, spanning five matches, since allowing back-to-back three goal games to Hope College and North Park University.

Freshman goalkeeper Gabriel Gongora (Naperville, Ill.) picked up the shutout victory, his third of the season, facing seven shots and logging two saves.

The Stars got on the board in the 19^th minute when Ryan Ybarra (Des Plaines, Ill.) finished a penalty kick. The goal was Ybarra's second of the season and second game-winner.

Logan Marvin (Johnston, Iowa) added an insurance goal for the Stars in the 25^th minute.

Dominican is now 6-4-0 on the season. The Stars will travel up to Milwaukee, Wis., to take on the Wisconsin Lutheran College Warriors on Wednesday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Dominican then returns to River Forest, hosting the Edgewood College Eagles on Saturday for the Stars' homecoming match.
