River Forest, Ill. – The Dominican University Men's Soccer Program had three players named to the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Honorable Mention list for the 2026 season.

Junior Jonathan Almaguer was the first player named to the NACC Honorable Mention list. Almaguer had a great season for DU in the midfield. The Junior from Berwyn, Ill, was second in minutes with 1379 minutes played, in that time, he earned 1 goal and 4 assists. Along with that, he picked up 22 shots and 12 shots on target.

Head Coach Erick Baumann commented on Almaguer collecting All-Conference Honorable Mention by saying, "We moved Johnny into a bit of a different role midway through the season, and he absolutely flourished in it. He's the type of player that can play just about anywhere on the field and get the job done."

Senior Ciaran Geraghty has been a staple for the Stars on the back line all four seasons and put his name on the conference map this season. Geraghty led the team in minutes with 1396 minutes played. The Senior from Scottsdale, AZ, played and started in all 16 matches this season. Ciaran scored his only goal of the season against rivals CUC on a header from a free kick. Overall, for the season he picked up 5 shots with 4 of those being on target.

Baumann commented on Geraghty's honorable mention by saying, "Ciaran was by far our most consistent player all season long. Whether it was on the training field or in a game, we always knew what we were going to get from him. His reliability brought a tremendous sense of trust to the coaching staff on a daily basis. He had a great fall."

Junior Travis Fowler was the final player named to the All-Conference honorable mention list by the NACC. Fowler played and started in 14 games this season, has he dealt with an injury for a couple of games. During his time on the field, though, Travis played in 1195 minutes on the backline for Dominican. The Junior from Franklin, TN, scored a goal on his 6 shots in the season.

Baumann commented on Fowler's honorable mention by saying, "Travis was the anchor of our backline, and it really showed when we missed him for a few games. He had an ability to dominate defensively and bring a calm sense of competitiveness to the group."
