The Dominican University women's volleyball team rolled into Rockford on Wednesday evening and rolled out of Rockford College with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-12, 25-17) win over the host Regents.

Dominican was paced by sophomore
Carri Chambers (Winnebago, Ill.) who posted a .375 hitting percentage with a match-high 14 kills on just 24 swings with five errors. Chambers added a pair of aces as she collected 16.0 points in the winning effort.

Five Dominican hitters collected double-digit attacks as
Christina Wilson (Homer Glen, Ill.) doled out 39 assists in the three-set victory.Â
Caitlen Foote (Dexter, Mich.) tallied eight kills while
Kendyl Todd (Crete, Ill.) and
Maddi Zanoni (Hudsonville, Mich.) logged seven and six kills respectively.

Defensively, Dominican held the Regents to an .051 hitting percentage, allowing just 19 kills on 59 swings while forcing 15 errors. The Stars, led by Chambers' eight digs, had 39 digs in the match.

The win runs the Stars' record to 10-6 on the season and 2-0 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC). Dominican will travel to Dubuque, Iowa, this weekend, taking on Coe, Wartburg, Loras and Luther colleges in the IIAC-NACC Challenge.
