The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) released the first rankings of the 2015 for NCAA Division III men's soccer this week, slotting the Dominican University Stars fourth in the Central Region behind Chicago, Calvin and Washington University-St. Louis and ahead of fellow Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) member, MSOE.
 
Dominican, now 3-1-1 on the year, finished 2014 ranked eighth in the Central Region and has battled two of the three teams ahead of the Stars in the first 2015 rankings.  The Stars' next opponent, the North Park University Vikings, entered this week's rankings ranked sixth in the Central Region, entering the matchup at 5-1-0 on the year.
 
On Saturday, the Vikings and Stars will battle for the 11^th time since 1999, with Dominican posting a 6-3-1 mark in the first ten matches of the head-to-head series, including a 2-1 win in October 2014.  Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Holmgren Athletic Complex in Chicago.
