Playing their second game in two days, the Dominican University women's basketball team fell to the Webster University Gorloks, 79-47, on Saturday afternoon to wrap up the Stars' road trip to St. Louis, Missouri.

Timiya Ray led the Stars with 12 points on 5-for-10 shooting in the losing effort.

The Stars managed to outshoot the Gorloks, 41-percent to 36-percent, and grabbed 46 rebounds to the Gorloks 31 but turned the ball over 42 times, leading to 43 points for Webster.

"The team I know we are didn't show up today," said
Gabby Johnson about the loss. "We have a game on Tuesday and then a week to prepare for our next game. That week will be huge for us and our progress."

Dominican will travel to Albion, Michigan, on Tuesday, taking on the Albion College Britons. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
