The Dominican University men's volleyball team returned from the east coast and hit the road for Michigan, topping the Olivet College Comets in three sets (25-13, 25-7, 25-14) on Friday night and will head to Adrian College on Saturday afternoon to take on the Bulldogs.

The Stars, behind
Jeremy Royko's (Naperville, Ill.) nine kills, hit .412 with 41 kills on 80 attacks while committing just eight errors. In total, 11 different attackers logged kills for Dominican with
Trevor Slonek (West Chicago, Ill.) knocking down six and
Luke Spicer (St. Charles, Ill.) and
Robert Mead (Darien, Ill.) adding five.

Brooks Nevrly (Downers Grove, Ill.) collected 22 digs to hold the Comets to just eight kills.

The Stars, now 13-7 overall, improved to 6-3 in the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) with the win.
