The Dominican University women's soccer team rebounded from Saturday's loss at MSOE with an 8-0 victory over Rockford University on Tuesday afternoon at West Campus Field.

Josseline Williams who scored the eventual game-winner in just the fourth minute of play. Â
Nina Izzo logged Dominican's next two goals before
Lexi Kiotis found the back of the goal for the team-leading third time this season.

Jackie Viola netted a pair of goals while twin sister's
Stephanie Corona and
Christina Corona scored the final two goals of the match for Dominican.

In total, the Stars pelted Rockford's Gris Mendoza with 36 total shots, putting 16 on frame while allowing the Regents just one shot.

Dominican, now 3-3-0 on the season, returns to league play on Saturday, traveling to Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to take on the Lakeland College Muskies. Kickoff is slated for 1:00 p.m.
