The Dominican University men's soccer team saw their seven-match winning streak come to an end on Wednesday evening, falling to the Aurora University Spartans, 1-0, at the Aurora University Spartan Athletic Park.
The Stars outshot the Spartans 17-8 on the match, but it was a Henry Zehnal shot in the 15
th minute that found the back of the goal for the Spartans and proved to be the game-winner.
"We didn't come out to play in the first half tonight," said Erick Baumann, Dominican's head coach, following the loss. "We generated enough chances in the second half but could not put anything away."
