The Dominican University women's soccer team continued its dominance of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) with a 6-0 win over the Marian University Sabres on Saturday afternoon in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. With the win, the Stars' 19
th straight in league play dating back to 2017, Dominican improves to 9-1-0 overall and 4-0-0 in league play.
"I was very proud of our team today," said
Carlos Carrillo, the Stars' head women's soccer coach. "We were able to come and play well in difficult conditions. We managed the game and created nice opportunities that we were able to finish. We do still have some work to do, but I am happy to see us making improvements individually and collectively."
Josseline Williams netted a hat-trick for the Stars in the win, scoring goals in the 43
rd, 75
th and 78
th minutes. Williams's goal in the 43
rd held up as the game-winner for Dominican, the 29
th game-winning goal of the Kaysville, Utah, native's career which leads all of NCAA Division III women's soccer active players. For her career, Williams now has 81 goals, quickly closing in on the Stars' all-time mark of 84 career goals held by Dominican University Hall of Famer, Mayra Camacho.

Regan Coxon and
Hannah DiSilverio as well as junior
Kayley Cruz added scores for the Stars in the winning effort. Coxon added a pair of assists as the rookie now leads the Stars and ranks second in the NACC with 30 points.
Abbey Brown picked up the shutout victory for the Stars in goal, turning away the three shots the Sabres managed on frame to improve to 7-1-0 on the year in goal.
The Stars will travel back to Wisconsin on Wednesday, making the trek to Milwaukee to take on the MSOE Raiders at Viets Field for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff under the lights.
