RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's women's volleyball fell in straight sets to Saint Norbert College on Friday evening in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) action.
DU battled hard in all three sets, but late runs from the Green Knights secured them the match 3-0, winning by scores of 25-22, 25-22 and 25-20, respectively.
Gabija Sinickaite led the Dominican attack with nine kills, hitting .226, while
Emily Schellhase chipped in six kills at a .231 clip.
Keely McCallum had a solid showing in the middle with five kills on seven attempts.
Adeleen Dunker paced the offensive output with 23 assists, adding 12 digs on the defensive end.
Sarah Lychock led the backline with 13 digs and two service aces.
